SCA Conference - Taormina, Sicily

Further details on the conference price and programme will follow in due course. Be assured though, it will include the usual Friday night reception, dinner each evening and some interesting activities as well as two mornings of intellectual stimulation and debate for members!

Registering your attendance:

If you have not yet registered your attendance and you would like to attend (either solo or with a friend/family member) please email Julie Forsyth at president@constructionarbitrators.org.

Booking with the hotel:

To make your room reservation please contact the hotel by email reservations@eurostarsmontetauro.com and make sure that you include the reference: SCA Conference MAY 2024. 

Reduced room rates for SCA members and guests are (including breakfast) :
•    double / twin room € 239.00 per room, per night
•    double for single use € 229.00 per room, per night
 City tax not included - at the moment this is € 4.00 per person, per day

In order to confirm the reservation a non-refundable deposit equal to 1 night stay will be required. The balance will be payable to the hotel on check in.

Cancellation of your booking up to 30 days prior to arrival will incur for the paid confirmation deposit. In case of cancellation 30 days or less before arrival or in case of no show full payment for your booking will be required.

NB: If you plan to drive or hire a car, be aware that there is no parking at the hotel but they are able to direct you to paid parking nearby.

Flights & transfer

The nearest airport is Catania which is about a 1-hour drive from the hotel.
