The Society of Construction Arbitrators is dedicated to the pursuit of excellence in Construction Dispute Resolution.
Membership, which comprises only those involved in dispute resolution in the Construction Industry, is by invitation only and is limited in numbers. Details are set out under the tab "About the Society".
The Society's Supporting Members include adjudicators, mediators and other dispute resolvers as well as solicitors and barristers experienced in the field of construction disputes.
The Society aims to promote best practice in Construction Arbitration and other dispute resolution techniques by liaison with Government, the Judiciary, the legal profession and users.
As a part of its mission to encourage best practice in Construction Arbitration the Society has promoted the Construction Industry Model Arbitration Rules - CIMAR.
