Matthew Molloy
Matthew is a highly experienced dispute resolver, appointed in over 1000 construction and engineering disputes either as adjudicator, arbitrator, mediator, expert determiner and Conflict or Dispute Avoidance Panel/Board member. His appointments have involved disputes worth up to £150 million both in the UK and internationally across the infrastructure, energy, education, housing and commercial sectors.
Matthew is on numerous UK and international panels and has been appointed in international arbitrations by the ICC and DIAC. Matthew is a currently a Teaching Fellow and part-time PhD Student at Queen Mary University London where his research focuses on international law and arbitration. He is also the current Master of the Worshipful Company of Arbitrators for 2025-2026.
